Extract the ZIP before opening this file. The handouts, diagrams and PDFs work offline. Online case feedback, course links and calculator widgets need an internet connection. Printable HTML files can be edited in a text editor. Keep the version in source credits when adapting a material.

All inputs are hypothetical and fixed for teaching. Use those assumptions when checking a result; live rates and calculator defaults may differ. These are practice materials, not evidence of a strategy edge or learner trading readiness.
