Myfxbook

A service for connecting, analysing and optionally publishing trading-account records through supported methods. Its verification statuses have defined meanings; they do not guarantee future profitability or that a selected view includes every relevant risk. Assess account type, observation window, cash flows, open exposure and metric definitions alongside the results.
Example.

A published record begins after an account’s earlier losses. Even if the displayed history is verified for its selected window, that window alone does not describe the account’s lifetime outcome. Check the start date, cash flows, open positions and account type before comparing performance.

What verification means

Myfxbook distinguishes verification of the track record from verification of trading privileges. These concern correspondence with provider history and control of the connected account. They do not certify a strategy’s future profit, risk suitability or completeness of every view. Check exactly which statuses are shown.

Read the observation window

Compare live versus demo status, the visible history, deposits and withdrawals, leverage and open exposure. A closed-trade balance chart can look different from equity. Sampling can miss an adverse intraday point; the reporting method matters when comparing drawdown. Do not compare dashboard percentages with a different calculation without reconciling the definitions.

Use the record as evidence

Reconcile imported trades and charges with statements. Select comparison windows and criteria before ranking systems, and examine losing periods alongside gains. Protect connection credentials and choose appropriate permissions. Connection methods vary: do not assume every account uses the same investor-login route. See Myfxbook verification and its drawdown method.

FAQ

Does “verified” guarantee a genuine future edge?

No. It describes specific verification functions, not an independent guarantee of profitability or suitable risk.

Why can the displayed drawdown differ from another report?

Windows, sampling, cash-flow treatment and balance-versus-equity definitions can differ. Reconcile methods before deciding which value answers your question.
